CANDIDA'S BAZAAR RETURN-WARRANTY POLICY Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately Candidasbazaat@cox.net.         All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.         Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.         Defective product can be returned within 30 days. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.  The returned item should include a note explaining the problem         Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be assessed a 20% restock fee.         All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in re-saleable condition with all original packaging (No Cash refunds).             All returns require a Return Goods Authorization Number. (Please e-mail us at Candidasbazaar@cox.net for an RA number. Returns received without this RA Number will not be accepted.)         RA number must be printed clearly on outside carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging         Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.         No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be pre-paid and buyer is responsible for all International fees charged to us due to the return. No Refunds for Special Orders.
